Founded in 2017, D.O.L.L.S & DREAMS INC. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and inspiring girls and young women, and now young men, (#K.I.N.G.S) to realize their full potential. Through mentoring, workshops, cultural arts, entrepreneurship, etiquette training, and global experiences, we provide essential life skills, social-emotional support, and transformative growth opportunities.

We address the unique challenges youth face, including social and emotional hurdles, court involvement, truancy, and employment disparities. By partnering with schools, families, and community organizations, we create safe and innovative spaces where young people build resilience, strengthen leadership, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose.

Since 2017, D.O.L.L.S & DREAMS INC. has served thousands of students across Washington, D.C., particularly in high-priority schools and underserved communities. Participants report increased self-confidence, stronger leadership skills, and greater academic and career readiness. Families and educators have observed positive behavioral changes, healthier decision-making, and renewed hope for the future.
